Hello! Happy belated new year! Happy belated holid

Hello! Happy belated new year! Happy belated holidays! I have been radio silent for some time now and I’ll just cut to the chase: motherhood is indescribable. Before our bundle of joy came into this world, I mapped out a foolproof plan to get back into the swing of things, and I’m sure every parent is laughing after reading that.

While that plan is circling the drain, I don’t for a second regret embracing mamahood to the fullest extent these past 5+ months. But as a result, my brain child has taken a back seat for my human child. I don’t know if there’s an actual “perfect balance” to find between the life you’ve known all your life and the new life once you become a parent, but I am definitely in the midst of figuring out the best balance for myself and my family.

All this to say, Swheat Escape’s doors are still open (albeit cracked open for now)! We are exploring some more wholesale partnerships and you can find us at farmer’s markets, festivals, and events again beginning this spring. 2024 will be the year of establishing a new normal while continuing to share GF treats with as many communities as possible.

Hi everyone! It’s been some time! We took some space to establish our plan for the winter (as a reminder we will not be participating in farmers markets until the spring) and we are finally offering some chances to order and pick up at our kitchen space at @artisanexchangewcpa !!

Visit swheatescape.com/shop to see the PIES, granola, muffins, and brownies/bars available for pickup this weekend- Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from 11-1! Once you’ve filled your cart,
proceed to checkout to select your pickup day. From there you’ll receive info on how to contact us when you’ve arrived for your order.
